Who can join the ArteFino Fair 2019?

We want to support local entrepreneurs and artisans, to promote sustainability and support communities, so we encourage all Filipino artisan brands to join the fair.

We are all for passionate work and brands with heart. We want to see something new and uniquely Filipino. We want a good mix of local and artisan fashion, home, jewelry, toys/gifts/crafts, food and beverage brands that cater to men, women, and children.

 

How do I apply for ArteFino Fair 2019?

Download and fill out our application form and sample deck. Make sure to read the guidelines provided and submit all application requirements to exhibitor@artefinoph.com on or before February 15, 2019. Only complete requirements will be reviewed!

 

What is the criteria for the selection process?

We start the selection from zero base so no applicant is given priority over another. We review each application carefully based on our guiding principles: aesthetic, story, and craft. It is important to present a concept for a new product line that will be launched exclusively at the fair—let us know the inspiration for this product line (story), the process (craft), and how the final product will look like (aesthetic). And lastly, we want to get to know the community behind it.

 

What if I don’t have a community?

In ArteFino, we value culture, tradition, and relationships. Your community could be a society or group whose cause you support, or it could be a group of artisans whose traditional techniques/skills/crafts you intend to preserve by working with them.

 

Why is it important to have a community?

More than exhibiting local artisanal products, ArteFino aims to introduce a new ecosystem that empowers Filipino artisans and supports sustainable livelihood for communities through its HeArteFino Development Program.

The grant is given to the most outstanding community through partnerships with artist-entrepreneurs and is selected based on social impact and product innovation. As a beneficiary, the community will receive assured funding from ArteFino and will be assisted with the necessary business tools and equipment to boost their productivity. Moreover, through the guidance of the artist-entrepreneur, the community will learn how to manage their enterprise effectively and conduct business with other clients directly.

Where do I send my application?

Please submit your accomplished application form and other requirements to exhibitor@artefinoph.com.

 

When is the application deadline?

All applications should be submitted to exhibitor@artefinoph.com on or before February 15, 2019.

 

How will I know if ArteFino received my application?

ArteFino will send an acknowledgement email.

 

How will I know if we are accepted or not?

ArteFino will send an email to all applicants regarding their application status.

 

To ensure your application will be reviewed, make sure to complete all application requirements.

 

When will I get feedback on acceptance?

ArteFino will send an email from March 8-15, 2019 to invite all accepted applicants to register for the ArteFino Fair 2019.
